500 ml, on tap at Landhotel Adler in Grossebersdorf, Saxony. Poured in the original Apoldaer Hefeweizen Vase an unfiltered, strong hazy and pale amber-orange coloured HW with a two fingers, dense, creamy and slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Active carbonation. Some lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, spicy, cloves and fruity with acidic juicy fruits, citrus. The flavour is wheat malts, yeasty and fruity, citrus and a banana touch. The mouthfeel is quite thin, the texture is watery. This light to medium bodied HW has a dry wheat malts finish. The nose produced an attractive invitation but the mouth statement isn't so glorious. Overall refreshing and decent

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Hazy orange colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is bananas, bready malts, wheat, some spices and mild herbal notes. Flavour is quite similar with a bunch of yeast in it as well.
