300 ml, on tap at the brewery. Poured an unfiltered and absolutly opaque dark-red-copper coloured IPA with a one finger fine and dense beige pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Low carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is sweety malts and light aromatic hops. The flavour is sweety and toasted malts, a deep aromatic hoppy bitterness, fruity, citrus, mandarin, oranges. The mouthfeel is sparkling, quite thick and amazing smooth. This medium to full bodied IPA has a dry malty and fruity finish. A very well balanced IPA, amazing smooth and more in the English way as the American one. I like it !
