This crisp and refreshing cider mixes the sweetness of the apples with a subtle dryness for a balanced cider taste. The fresh apple aroma and slightly sweet, ripe apple flavor make this cider hard to resist.

Almost embarrassed to admit how much I like this. Almost. I'm told it's Sam Adams, but dammit, it's excellent. I know it's dessert fruit cider, but dammit, it's excellent. I know it's too early in the morning to be drinking this...

500 ml bottle at the Flying Horse, Gatwick Airport. ABV is 5%. Golden colour, sparkling, moderate white head. Aroma of cider apples with some strange and unusual notes, hints of decaying fruits and wet basement. Sweet flavour of eating apples, not very crisp at all. I declined the bartender's offer of some ice in the glass, I should have accepted. Did not finish the bottle. Won’t buy again.

Purchased at NB Liquor in a can. Pours a clean golden colour with a foamy white cap, small, with little retention and lacing. Smells like natural apple juice. Taste like natural apple juice. I don't taste the alcohol, nor any adjuncts. Some mild sourness comes out eventually. Nothing special, but goes down nicely like regular apple juice.

My New Year's Eve this year was a ciderfest, and I've come to realize that I much prefer dry ciders, for I found this one way to sweet and cloying. Somewhat better than the "Sparkling" ciders I've had in the past, and certainly better than say a Growlers or a Strongbow, but not by much.

Over Christmas I started drinking cider again. It had been so long, I'd forgotten that we review ciders on BeerPal. Lately I've been knocking back cases of this Angry Orchard Crisp Apple in cans-- I do so love cans. This cider is a rich clear gold, and the aroma is likewise rich sweet apple juice, but with just enough yeast and tart to suggest fermentation. The flavor is a concentrated sweet and tart apple that tastes more of fruit than alcohol: this is for people who prefer more fruit than dry. Tingly but so smooth, easy drinking.

Another from the Variety Pack and this one does not disappoint. Light amber pour with little head. Fair amount of carbonation. The aroma and taste were of delicious red apple. Good stuff for sure!

Comes out of the tap a luscious golden amber - not much head, but this is a cider. Strong, crisp aroma announces that this is indeed a bold hard cider. Flavor fills the mouth with sweet apple but has an edge that lets you know ths ain’t no apple juice! Firm, smooth texture has a good tingle to it, and leaves a slightly sour apple juice with a little alcohol finish. Sweetness and tartness nicely balance for the best apple cider I’ve ever had.

Clean clear gold color, bubbly white head, no lacing. Crisp new tart and sweet apple aroma and flavor, some very light cinnamon and honeysuckle. Very refreshing.

Aroma is sweet apples. Go figure. Pours a clear yellow. The taste is sweet up front and a bit of tartness/sourness on the finish. Light body and fizzy carbonation. Overall, every enjoyable, refreshing, and crisp.
