Farmhouse Series - small batch 2016. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a big frothy warm cap, very long lasting with patches of foam. Some sourness in the nose, but not sure this should be here. The rest is peppery notes, citrus and mild grass. Very active carbonation. The taste thankfully has no sourness. Some dry bitterness with a little grassy hops. Hints of fruits and yeast. Not the type of Saison I like, but quite a nice brew overall if you prefer the hop side of this style.

Pours a fairly large frothy creamy white head and has clear golden appearance. Pretty thick lacing. Quite excessive carbonation. Aromas of citrus hops, notes of oranges, coriander, quite a bit of yeasty notes as well. Flavours are quite citrusy at first but becomes a bit sour towards the finish. Has a little bit of tartiness on the palate. Full bodied mouthfeel. Quite good.
