Birra Affumicata alla torba ( Peated Beer ). Fermentazione : alta. Schiuma : compatta. Colore : giallo oro intenso, carico. Aroma : note ditorba più al palato che al naso. L'affumicatura è ben bilanciata con il sapore di malto sul finale. Persistente comunque il sapore fenolico della torba. Abbinamenti gastromici ( Gastronomical match ) : zuppe (soups ), pesce affumicato ( smoked fish ), formaggi affumicati ( smoked cheese ), cioccolatini ( chocolates box ), e dolci al cioccolato ( chocolate cakes ).
