Version I (not in the festival programme), at HaandBryggeriet Beer Festival, Drammen. Cloudy dark ruby colour, low beige head. Complex vinous aroma, notes of red wine vinegar, mild spices and oak. Moderately acidic flavour, notes of red wine vinegar, lacks hops.

Draught@Mes & Sim's Wedding. Murky brown colour with a off-white to beige head. Aroma is tart, quite alcoholic and mild wooden notes. Also some slight acidic notes. Flavour is acidic and tart fruits, some cherries, cherry pips as well as mild wooden and nutty notes.
