Each year, Sherbrooke sponsors the winner of the EHG "HomeBrewer of the Year" - they get to pick a recipe, which we brew. The 2010 winners were Ray Duperron and Patrick Doyle. This robust porter starts with lots of chocolate and coffee up front followed by dried fruit. The finish is moderately sweet balanced with roasted malts and a lingering bitterness.
