Bottled. Golden colour, not much head. Aroma is wheat, some malts and candy. Flavour is wheat, caramel, fruits, some spicyness and sourish wood. Not much aftertaste.

Bottle courtesy of Irondjin: Poured a deep clear golden color weizen with a small foamy head. Aroma of sweet wheat malt is somewhat boring. Taste is also dominated by some sweet malt but no banana, bubblegum or cloves aroma could be detected. The aftertaste was quite dry as well which wasn’t necessarily pleasant. Body was light with some average carbonation which was a bit low for the style.

Crystal clear golden yellow body, big rocky cap produced during pour but vanished to nothing after about 10 seconds, very large bubbles are sticking to the walls and bottom of my glass this reminds of a glass of ginger ale. The smell has banana and tons of it, sweet smelling wheat malts and I guess overall it reminds me of banana cream pie, this stuff smells very simple and is very aromatic. Taste is very simple but appealing, wheaty, lots of banana and a touch of spice taste is very light crisp and clean leaving behind no after taste. This brew is very simple tasting and taste the way it should, it’s nothing great but for Alley Kat this is above average.

Clear deep yellow gold brew that produced almost zero head - the pour was a little careful, but there should have been alot more. Zero retention. Aroma is of cloves and dried banana chips and wheat. Taste is soft but appealing - one of the better Alley Kat brews that I have had in a long time. Nice banana taste that is mild but is held in check with the obvious presence of cloves. Wheaty too of course. Mouthfeel is smooth. Good carbonation. Near to medium bodied. Hard to describe the aftertaste as I just ran out of beer.
