Alley Kat Brewery and 8 Wired Brewing of New Zealand have collaborated to brew a unique porter using ingredients from Alberta and New Zealand. From Alberta comes 2 row malt, water, yeast, Ryan’s honey, and saskatoon berries. From New Zealand comes Nelson Sauvin hops and manuka wood smoke. Aromas of smoke and berries. Flavours of roasted malt and citrus hops finish with a smokey, slightly dry finish.
