A simple base beer made from Pilsner and Ale malts. Here we've rammed the hopback to the brim with New Zealand Taiheke (FKA NZ Cascade) whole cone hops. Taiheke provides oily, earthy and grapefruit notes where late additions of American Mosaic and Citra hops impart the tropical flavour and aroma of candied mangos and papaya. Its also unfiltered for 100% swamp goodness!
