Bière nordique - Blonde, Douce, de Terroir. Bière brassée exclusivement avec des ingrédients québécois. Notez même qu’elle est tout à fait sans houblon. C’est le myrique baumier qui prend cette place. Une bière super facile d’approche et pintable.

Slightly unfiltered, golden colour with a fizzy white cap, disappearing quickly, not leaving much. Beautiful aromas with the Myrica gale replacing the hops. Lemon, herbal notes and even fresh mints. It does have this unique herbal-citrus touch in the flavours as well. Quite an interesting Blonde without hops, but what was used before them.
