Translation: The beer is a TerreFerme framed that takes you on trails dotted with hop rich floral aromas and bitter at once lively and delicate. A beer that reflects the rustic and bucolic country that are the Magdalene Islands. A fresh attitude!

I did not get any IPA character from this beer. A slightly hazy gold with a thin foamy head. The aroma was grain and some perfumey hints. The flavour was weakly hoppy, certainly not IPA hoppy.

Purchase at La Trappe À Fromage in Gatineau, in the single bottles section. Wow ! Huge sweet tart smell from the get-go. Pours a golden-amber colour with a big creamy white head, beautiful consistent carbonation and great lacing after slowly going down. As the sweet aromas disappear, some pine needle scent appears from the hop. I still cannot believe the Halloween candy nose that this one gives when the glass is swirled. Oh well. It seems I can taste the candy in the back, but overall, pretty light bitterness from the hop, with notes of pepper and ginger. I would have to say that this one is the weirdest IPA I have ever tasted. Still, not too bad (just different).

Bottle: Poured a light amber color ale with a medium foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of floral hops with light caramel malt notes. Taste is also dominated by some floral hops with light caramel malt notes and a light bitter finish. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but probably not hoppy enough for the style.
