Clean deep red colour with ruby highlights (get slightly hazy as it goes). The head is pinkish, frothy, decent stay with light lacing. Berry nose with lots of fruitiness and some tart. Raspberry is the fruit that is mostly present in the taste. The tart is mild. Decent light dryness in the finish, so not syrupy at all. The "camerise" fruit gives out a little blueberry and cassis notes, all well-balanced. This is a fruit I discovered in northern Quebec and is quite interesting. Just like this beer.
