Bière de notre Série du terroir 100% québécoise brassée avec du poivre des dunes, un poivre nordique bien d’ici !!! Cette Saison est d’une très grande buvabilité, des notes légèrement parfumées en bouche et une finale sèche qui donne envie d’y replonger. Petit clin d’œil à un groupe de musique un peu pas pire célèbre !

Hazy bright yellow-golden colour with a big frothy white cap that stays very long with the very active carbonation. Thick foamy lacing is left. Peppery nose with some lemon zest, orange juices and Saison yeast. The taste shows citrus, but not too bitter, still a sharper bite with the pepper, but not overly. Orange peel lingers. All-around pretty nice for a local, micro Saison with pepper.
