Bright golden-yellow colour with a white cap, average stay and mild lacing. Nice fresh lemon noses with some zest and sour juices, sweet yeast(fruity pear) and herbal hints. The taste is mild with citrus zest, apple-pear notes and some straw malts. The lilac and honey is quite light in here. Not too sweet and gets hazy as it pours. A nice Saison that goes down smoothly.
