Sampled in a flight at The Hourglass Brewery. More of a summer/spring beer, but was on the menu and wanted something local and light. A pale light yellow appearance. Not really much flavor here besides wheat and grass.....refreshing. Pretty earthy though, and would be a good dinner pairing.
