On tap at Cardinal, Stavanger. Cloudy red colour, pink head. Aroma of blackcurrants and apple crumble, no surprise there. The flavour is moderately sour and even more moderately sweet, again notes of blackcurrants and apple crumble, low bitterness, dry finish.
