oday we release Le Chant Des Wallons brewed with Brent & Chris, the brewing minds behind Brewers Pantry. This Saison is their take on the classic Belgian beer style which originated in Wallonia. This isn't a classic Saison by any means. While it is 7.5% and bone dry it has been hopped fairly heavily with Amarillo hops which give it an aroma and flavour not unlike Otto's jacket.
