Psenicne pivo uz V.R. 1535 bylo nazyvano blahoslavenym a zdravym. Pue se nifiltrované a sedlinka kvasnic je pro né typicka, doporucujemene opatrne nalit vetsinu obsahu do pullitrované sklenice a pak doplnit rozmichany zbytek.

Bottled@Mallaskukko, Turku. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a mediumsized creamy head. Aroma is wheat, banana, fruits and some slight yeastyness. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some cardboardy notes.

500 ml bottle. Poured in the original Cerna Hora seidel an unfiltered hazy amber-orange colored Psenice with half a finger slightly beige foamy head that had a long retention. Soft carbonation. Poor lacing. The aroma is wheat malts, yeast, fruity, bananas, citrus, oranges and spicy, cloves. The flavour is yeasty, wheat grainy malts, fruity, citrus and bananas, at the end of the sip is emerging a point of pepper. The mouthfeel is very smooth. This light to medium bodied Weizen has a long sourish fruits finish. A very nice and refreshing Psenicne Pivo. Dobré !
