An Imperial IPA that California can be proud of
Aroma: The aroma is very hoppy with tons of floral scents, in particular pine and grapefruit
Appearance: The beer is hazy orangy-gold in colour with a fluffy white head.
Mouthfeel: The mouthfeel is medium-bodied, highly carbonated, with ample bitterness
Flavour: The flavour is full of hops and bitter. Some citrus flavours come through at the end.
Overall: A very good Imperial IPA -

Draft. Now this is a BIG strong West Coast-style IPA at 9.5%. Nice malt balance makes this an above average beer. Worth a try.

Medium gold color. Large white foamy head. Aroma is fruity and sweet. A medium bodied Imperial India Pale Ale. Malts are fruity and sweet. Hops are grapefruity and citrusy. Nice strong malt backbone, Nicely balanced, but tending to the malt side a little bit. Somewhat bitter and crisp finish. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and crisp. Aftertaste is bitter.
