Beer of Saison inspiration that makes the protagonist the yeast with its fruity esters. Characterized by an amber yellow colour and a compact foam, it is intense in its great drinkability. The addition of German flavor hops enriches it with fruity scents recalling white melon, strawberry and peach with light citrus hints. Not filtered, not pasteurized and refermented in bottle. Available in bottle of 33 cL and 75 cL.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 7.7%. Hazy brownish-golden colour, large to moderate white head. Yeasty and vinous aroma, hints of redcurrants. Fresh and vinous flavour, notes of spicy saison yeast, again hints of redcurrants, followed by distinct bittering hops. Quite good.
