Beer inspired by the Belgian tradition of Farmhouse Ales. Of amber yellow colour and crowned by a snow white, persistent foam, it is simple and fresh in the mouth. The citrus aromas of the hops, recalling the grapefruit, are enriched by the fruity and spicy aromas of the yeasts. Not filtered, not pasteurized and refermented in bottle. Available in bottle of 33 and 75 cL.

330 ml bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.9%. Pale golden colour, a slight haziness, large white head. Aroma of sweetish pilsener malts, Belgian ale yeast, and floral and fruity hops, notes of plums. Flavour with the same elements, also distinct spicy notes, both from the yeast and the bittering hops.
