This is a traditional German Maibock, a great beer to celebrate the Spring season. Brewed with all German barley, all German hops and using a German yeast, we ‘lager’ the beer, or condition it at cold temperatures for close to three months to round out the flavors.

Pours slightly hazy golden with a nice buff head. Aroma is not strong, but promising with malty and subtle clove tones. Flavor is stronger, and adds some pomme fruit to the mix. Body and fizz are average, but still pleasing. Goat for it!
