Reserve tap @ Knoxville BrewFest. One of the highlights of the festival. They waited to tap this bad boy until about 30 minutes left in Fest. Deep brown pour with a medium tan head and sporadic lacing. Sweet and very slight smoked cherry and chocolate aromas with a nice toasted malt nose. Great subtle flavors of dark chocolates, very light smokiness, sweet and dark toasted malts, hint of cherry, light smoky and dark chocolate bitter linger. Another super-nice beer from Highland.
