Pours a hazed dark golden colpour with a thin tan coloured head that lasts (an hour so far). The aroma is yeast, spices, and citrus. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, creamy, and average carbonation. Flavour is yeast, malt, and spices. As with Chopz, not noticing the pinot noir at all - just a very good Ontario brewed Belgian. -

Beer pours a hazed yellow gold with a huge generous head which laces well as it subsides. Aroma is wheat malt, citrus, and spices. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is light grains and some spiciness. Not as much saltiness as I've heard some people talk about. Quite refreshing. -

The beer pours a veryt pale straw yellow with almost no head and plenty of effervescence, think water with a hint of yellow food colouring. The aroma was grains and phenolic notes. The mouthfeel was watery with high carbonation - again, it was very much like carbonated water. There was not much flavour to be tasted, quite grassy for what was detectable. -

The beer poured a hazed golden-brown with a generoud tan coloured head. The aroma was wheat, citrus, banana, and spices. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with mild carbonation. The flavour was slightly sweet wheat malt, some spices, and a definite hoppy finish. -

The beer pours a slightly hazed golden colour with orange edges and a thin snow white cap. The aroma was heavy on the ginger with some grainy malt notes and weak floral hops. The mouthfeel was medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is a little more spicy than I would like in a beer and with an artificial ginger aftertaste. -

The beer pours a solid dark brown with black edges and a 1" head which doesn't last very long. The aroma is maple syrup, wheat, roast, and vanilla. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied, with average carbonation. The flavour is alcohol, maple, wheat, and more alcohol. This is very similar to a dunkelweizen, except North American wheat yeast was used. -

Beer pours a hazed dark gold with orange hues and a huge white long lasting head. Aroma is yeast, spices, grains and citrus. Mouthfeel is weak to meadium bodied with average carbonation. Was hoping for something less thin. The flavour is yeast, citrus, and the spices really come through as an herbal addition to the grains. -

A 69 day old maibock, but that is partly my fault as I misplaced the bottle in the cellar. The beer pours a translucent light scarlet colour with a thin tan head that quickly disippates. Aroma is grains, floral hops, and weak yeast. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. Flavour is toasted malt, yeast, weak caramel. A pretty good attempt at a spring bock. -

The beer pours a very dark brown with red hues and weak tan coloured cap that lingers. The Aroma is sweet malt, yeast, dark fruit. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is yeast, dark fruit, and caramel tones. Quite good as there is a definite Belgian dubbel flavour.
