Last bottle found in a store - best before 2024 JL18, lot# 1299. Unfiltered with a bunch of tiny particles floating around, an amber colour. A nice creamyish-frothy warm-beige head that stays a nice time, leaving creamy-foamy lacing all-around. Peppery aromas over decent malts that are fruity and mildly sweet. Getting a little chocolate malts in there. The spiciness is present in the taste, but not to burn your mouth. A wet mouthfeel with just a tad dryness in the finish. Nothing syrupy as well. A nice, refreshing amber ale with some nice notes of pepper spiciness.

Hazy golden colour with a big warm off-white head, great retention and patches of soapy lacing left. The fruitiness of tangerines from the Sabro comes out softly in the nose. Citrus peel comes out eventually. The mouthfeel is on the thinner side with the alcohol well-hidden, and mostly juicy with a touch dryness in the end. Lots of citrus in the flavours, juicy, but more on the zesty side, with a light warming-bitterness. A pretty good lightly-bodied, drying, juicy and zesty IPA.

First from this brewery, and this one won one of the best Canadian Double IPA. Hazy, golden-orange with an off-white frothy-foamy head that stays a while, and some thick patches of lacing are left. Oranges in the nose at first, but some mild grassiness does come out, with hints of alcohol and dry white wine (among other fruitiness) from the Kölsch yeast. Sediments on the smaller scale are falling to the bottom as it pours some more. The mouthfeel is not too thick, wet enough with a drying finish, getting thinner. Fruity flavours of citrus zest, light grapes and decent grassy-bitterness in the end. Also getting some pineapple notes in the taste eventually from the Simcoe hops. Not the juiciest Imperial IPA, but still quite fruity with touch of dry white wine.

    Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 8 | Mouthfeel: 7 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 9

Hazy golden-orange colour with a slightly off-white head, good stay and tons of sticky lacing. Citrus aromas with some light sweetening from the oats, hints of peach, manderin with a tad alcohol. The taste shows a touch more peaches, but not on the sweet side. Balanced by some mild bitterness. The dryness is even milder it seems. Quite a beautiful juicy, peachy Double IPA that goes down so well - with less bitterness, less dryness than most of this style.

Hazy with tiny particles looking like spices floating around. Golden-orange colour with a white frothy head, good retention for such a high alcohol content and some soapy, wet lacing left. Big orange juice aroma, with citrus zest, some grassy bitterness and mild alcohol. The mouthfeel is smooth, juicy with a touch warming and some light bitterness-dryness lingering. A nice juicy, Triple IPA with some warming, bitter and dry notes.

    Aroma: 7 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 6 | Flavor: 8 | Overall: 8

Clean, golden colour with a smaller, off-white frothy head, decent stay and leaving spots of foamy lacing. Getting some milky-vinous aromas with notes of raisins, white grapes and a touch of citrus. The grapes continue in the taste with some pink grapefruit notes. The mouthfeel is crisp and the drying is milder in this one. Gets a slight hazed as it pours and passion fruit flavours do come out. An easy Pale Ale with lots of fruitiness, and less grassiness.

Hazy golden-yellow colour with a frothy-soapy white cap, decent stay and foamy spots left on the glass. Lemon zest aromas with orange juice notes, raisins and other fruity hints. The Sauvignon Blanc comes out in the taste, more than the raisins felt in the nose. Still, lots of citrus in the flavours. Juicy mouthfeel with just a nice touch of building dryness,, and tad tart left on the tongue.

A very slight haze, brown-amber colour with golden highlights. The head is frothy, light-beige with good retention and thick, creamyish lacing. Chocolate malt aromas with a touch of caramel malt, and some decent grassy hops to conclude. The mouthfeel is crisp with a good drying finish. Toasty malt flavours with a tad caramel and the hops well-blending in the end. A pretty good, hoppier Brown Ale with a touch more alcohol that does the job.

A light haze from the tiny, transparent particles floating around. The head is white, frothy with decent stay, and leaving small spots of soapy lacing. Grassy hop aromas with a straw malt base and a touch of caramel, citrus notes. The taste shows a nice balance of grassiness with a blend of citrusy hops, over the maltiness. Some nice mild bitterness and dryness occurs in the end. An easy-drinking Double IPA with nicely balanced grassy hops and a tad citrus.

Clean, light golden colour with a white frothy head, good stay and leaving foamy lacing spots. Fresh lime juices and zest in the aromas. The taste shows the lime juice and peel, with some light sourness and salitness. The wet mouthfeel is on the light body side and a tad tart is left. Quite a refreshing, lighter Gose with beautiful limes.
