Pours a slight haze, red-purple-peachy colour with a fizzy light-pinkish head that disappears quickly. Sour aromas with fruity raspberries and hints of oranges. The taste shows raspberry juices with the sourness again lingering and a touch of tart left. A nice refreshing, juicy, sour with the fruity raspberry notes.

Hazy, golden-yellow colour with a fluffy-soapy, slight warm off-white head that lasts a while, leaving good foamy lacing on the glass. Big citrus nose with orange juice, lemon-lime peel, nectarine notes from the Nectaron hops, and the Riwaka giving hints of tropical fruits, pine and a resinous touch. The taste shows good citrus zest balance with their juices and a decent, light drying finish. A tad zing appears with time in the end. A good, juicy DDH IPA as the lactose is fairly well-hidden and the two hops work well together.

Second Italian Pilsner of the night (the first one being Boréale Relais Pilsner Italienne). Big spicy nose from the get-go with herbal notes blending things. A very slight unfiltered, golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some light lacing spots. The hops in this one gives enough bitterness for the style. The herbal side that Italian Pilsner have comes out eventually, and lingers. A decent Italian Pilsner, which reminds me that Ontario brewery doing this for a while longer - are usually a bit better (overall).

First Italian Pilsner of two (the other being Henderson Figo). This one pour a clean, light golden colour with a bubbly-soapy white cap, average stay and some soapy lacing spots. Fresh herbal nose with some hints of raisins, grassiness over mild spicy malts. Also malty mild spiciness in the taste with some light, building dryness. Decent herbal notes lingering. An easy, simpler Italian Pilsner with that hops that give a tad raisins - which is not my thing for this style.

Hazy golden colour with a white head, average retention and some decent streaky creamy lacing. Sour aromas with a nice touch of the lemon balm. The taste is a sour blonde base with the tart showing, as lighter in alcohol. Lemony notes help out, and some of the sourness lingers a bit more. A nice light sour ale with lemon balm added for that natural touch.

Second Quebec Maple beer of the night (other being Shawbridge La Coulée - and both being amber ones). Clean amber colour with a light beige head, average stay and some decent lacing tiny spots on the glass. Big maple syrup aromas over fruity malts, apple notes. Maple syrup in the taste, a touch lighter, but yet still sweet, not overly and with hops that cuts with building dryness. Of all maple beers I have had this season, this is the one that has the strongest, real maple syrup, as the others might have more the maple sap. Felt a little too rich at first, but in the end - it was quite a nice maple amber beer.

First of two Quebec Maple beers tonight (the other being Brouemont). A slight hazed, amber colour with a light beige head, decent stay for the style, but lacing is limited. Maple syrup aromas over fruity amber malts, with a touch of burnt wood. Maple flavours with hops that cut the sweetness. Not syrupy at all in the mouthfeel and a good dryness in the end, but not overly. I have tried a few maple beer recently, but this is the one that taste the most, yet - still easy to drink. Good job !!

Mildly hazy, golden-yellow colour with a tad amber hue, a whitish head, average stay and some foamy-soapy lacing spots. Nice citrus aromas with lemon zest, orange juice and blended, light grassiness. The taste continues with the citrus, and lighter as a Pale Ale. Refreshing mouthfeel with just enough dryness, but mostly wet. Some particles fall to the bottom of the glass at last pour. Quite an easy, citrusy, juicy Pale Ale that refreshes.

Lightly hazed, golden-yellow colour with a small cap, fizzing away quickly, not leaving any lace. Beautiful, fresh juice aromas with the passionfruit really coming out, giving that interesting tropical fruit notes. The mango purée blend things, and come out a little more in the taste, lingering. Some good grassiness is felt in nose and mouth. Mild tart, mild sourness, but more fruity. Another good refreshing, juicy Radler with two nicely blending fruits.

Lightly unfiltered, golden colour with an amber hue, and off-white head, decent stay and leaving creamy lacing. Definitely aromas of strawberries and cream, more on the essences and candy side. The taste shows a little more the beer side. Flavours starting on the creamy-strawberry notes, but the bitterness of the beer lingers in the finish. Kind of like a nice Pale Ale base, with some strawberries and mild cream essences. Interesting.
