500ml brown bottle with blue wax on cap - 2023 edition. Pours a dark brown colour with copper-ruby highlights. The head is frothy, mocha-coloured with some good stay and leaving a coating on the brew, decent lacing. Prunes in the aromas over the roasted malt base with hints of vanilla, wood, coffee. Smooth, lightly oily mouthfeel with a tad tart left on the tongue, and not too dry - yet, not syrupy. Mild dark fruits flavours, well-blended with the roasted malt which are smoothed out with the foeder. Even less vanilla in the taste, which is fine, as sometimes too overpowering in some beer. They made another version with vanilla and coconut for those who prefer that. This one is just a really smooth Imperial Stout that just goes down nicely.

Clean, dark brown colour with amber highlights. The head is small, fizzing away quickly, light beige and leaving a tiny ring around the brew. Toasty malt, bread notes, some caramel and plums. The mouthfeel is quite smooth, slick with not much syrupy-thick action. Drying enough to make it easy to drink. The alcohol is quite well-hidden. Again, in the flavours - dark fruits, roasted malts, some nuttiness and not too rich. Quite an easy-drinking, stronger Scotch Ale that is well-balanced.

Can that pours a brown colour with amber highlights, a frothy beige head, decent retention and some light creamy lacing left. Big maple syrup aromas at first, with some Cognac-alcoholic notes, sugary-brown malts and hints of licorice, herbs. The Imperial Brown ale side comes out nicely in the taste with not too much sweetness. A touch maple, coffee and grassiness. Gets a tad hazy as it pours, and particles are seen floating around. A smooth mouthfeel with a nice drying finish. This is quite a nice stronger version of their Aki no Seishin with the mushroom shinning it maple magic, and the Cognac barrel adding an extra touch.

Clean, slightly lighter golden colour with a frothy white cap, average retention and some mild foamy lacing sliding down the glass. Blood orange is what is felt in the nose, fresh over the wheat (bubble gum) and grassy hops that come out when the glass is swirled. The blood orange is lighter in the taste, but still some good citrus notes over the cereal grain base. Hints of bananas and its tartiness lingering. Gets a touch hazy at last pour. Not a bad wheat ale with the blood orange taking over, and making this more refreshing than wheat alone.

Can that pours a clean golden colour with a frothy-creamy white cap, decent retention and sticky-soapy lacing. Aromas show the alcohol content with some wheat-banana notes, Belgian sugar, medicinal notes and hints of grassy-hops. The flavours are a little better balanced, still showing milder signs of bananas, sugars, alcohoicl-bitterness and some grassiness. Gets a slight hazier as it pours, and some particles looking like spices do appear floating around. A decent Belgian Tripel-style beer, but seems better when drank from the can - as the nose does not pack such in impact, which is not the ultimate. In all fairness, the smell does calm down with time, and blends better together.

Clean, amber colour with a frothy-bubbly beige head, good stay and nice cloudy-spots of lacing. Fresh, darker cereal malt base with a touch of caramel and to balance - good herbal-grassiness. Eventually, light alcohol comes out. The mouthfeel is smooth, not overly carbonated like this style should be, and decent building dryness in the finish. The hops are quite delicious in here, leaving notes of black tea over the caramel malt base. Gets hazy as it pours, and some particles comes around. Quite a nice English IPA with interesting-fresh hops that builds quite a heavy dryness that linger.

Fairly clean, peach-pinkish colour with a fizzy off-white head leaving a little ring around the brew. Real citrus lemon juices, zest showing in the nose with pink grapefruit blending the fruitiness. Hints of cherries in the finish. Again, feels like real fruits in the taste, not syrupy, but zesty, somewhat drying the end. Quite refreshing, fruity - a real good Radler-style beer.

Unfiltered, a little hazy, with tiny, transparent particles floating around. The head is frothy-fizzy, white-orangy, mild stay and minimal lace which fits the style. The grapefruit concentrates are blended with some honey notes, mild grassiness, orange juice and even caramel malts, diacetyl. The taste shows a little more of the citrus with a touch of sourness. With time, it seems more like mango juice than grapefruit purée. The mouthfeel is refreshing, but a tad thick for a radler. Thankfully, the finish is drying. Alright for a Radler, but not as citrusy-juicy as expected.

A very slight haze, light golden colour with a big frothy white cap that lasts quite a while, leaving some thick foamy-soapy lacing. Aromas of spicy malts and fresh herbal notes. The sweet malts come out in the taste, but is nicely balanced by the grassy hops. Light dryness in the finish. A good, easy-drinking Pilsner with good cereal, spiciness and a very nice herbal touch.

A very slight unfiltered golden colour with a frothy-creamy warm off-white head, good retention and lots of sticky lacing. A fresh herbal aromas from the hops over the caramel malt base. The mouthfeel is wet, refreshing with just enough building dryness in the finish. Flavours - again the nice blend of grassy hops over the caramel maltiness, and that nice herbal touch lingering. Quite a nice, easy-drinking American IPA, well-balanced with a decent dry end.
