Can that pours a slight hazy, bright, light golden-yellow colour with a bubbly head, average stay and some mild foamy lacing spots. Lime nose with citrus zest over straw maltiness. The taste is lighter, as the beer is, but a nice balance between the fresh limes and some spicy malts. Quite a refreshing, spicy Pils-like brew with real limes added to the twist.

375ml bottle from the last releases, as the new ones just came out yesterday. Dark brown colour with ruby highlights, a warm mocha-coloured bubbly head, decent stay and some foam atop the brew. Raisins, prunes, molasses and anise in the aromas. The Bourbon is in the nose, but really nicely balanced with the rest. The mouthfeel is on the thicker side, oily, but the finish is on the drying side. Not syrupy at all, not lingering. Again, lots of prunes in the taste with some raisin-Bourbon notes, hints of chocolate, with the molasses. Some good bitterness in the end. Nice to see a Barleywine with their Bourbon barrels, as opposed to their typical Imperial Stouts with this woodiness.

Fairly clean with a few particles floating around. A light golden, bright yellow colour with an off-white frothy-bubble head, good stay and some foamy lacing streaks. Fresh pear malty aromas with eventually some herbal notes. The flavours are much of the same with hints of cereals. This is quite the beautiful, refreshing, fruity and malty Blonde ale that goes down nicely.

Fairly clean golden colour with beautiful, lively, tiny-bubble carbonation, a big warm-whitish, frothy-creamy head, good retention and leaving some thin-soapy lacing spots. Fruity malt aromas with mild caramel, cereal grains. Eventually, nice herbal-hay touch comes out. The flavours show nice grassy-bitterness with a nicely blended base of cereal-caramel malts. Gets a little hazy as it pours. Quite a good, refreshing American IPA with nice hoppiness.

500ml black bottle, black cap, pouring a clean amber colour with very lively, tiny bubble carbonation. The head is beige, fizzing quick enough, but leaving a nice coat over the brew. Some brown powder is seen around the inside of the neck. A nice nose of oak-vanilla, raisins, a touch of gin alcohol and hints of berries, caramel. Gets a tad hazy as it pours, even getting lots of small particles floating around. The taste shows an alcoholic character, creating a bit of bitterness, with prunes, berries, raisins and some woody vanilla. I was not impressed by the normal, canned version of the normal La Tome, but this one is much, much better.

Hazy golden colour with hop-particles falling to the bottom, a fizzy whitish head disappearing quickly, and no lacing left. Lemon zest aromas with mineral notes, mild orange juices. This continues into the taste with a touch of plastic (might be older can). A refreshing, citrusy Pale Ale with a mineral-medicinal touch.

Fairly filtered, very light-golden, bright-yellow colour with a white head, average retention and leaving some soapy lacing spots. Brett-funk aromas, earthiness with some lemon-sourness and hints of woody-oak, vanilla notes. Gets a bit more hazy as it pours. A decent, fresh herbal nose does come out with time. The flavours are blended, mildly with the lemon zest, light tartiness, slight funkiness and oak. A refreshing lager with good herbal hoppiness, citrus and woodiness.

Hazy, orangy-coloured with a frothy white cap, good stay and some foamy lacing spots. Orange juice aromas, pretty big grassiness, a touch of raisins. Lemon-orange zest flavours giving a tad tart, decent bitterness with the grassy hops. A pretty good juicy Triple IPA, if you like the grass-herbal hoppiness blending with it.

Hazy golden-orange colour with a soapy-frothy off-white cap, decent retention and decent foamy lacing spots. Tropical fruit aromas with a herbal touch, pineapple and citrus hints. The mouthfeel is juicy with a building, mild dryness. Flavours are well-blended with some citrus, a tad tropical fruitiness and mild Pale Ale yeast. Some particles fall to the bottom at last pour. Higher alcohol, close to an East Coast IPA, but a little lighter, giving the Pale Ale style. A very nice, fruity, hazy, juicy APA.
