General Beer Discussion by BRADPEAR
I have seen a trend to 4 packs for certain brews. Big Foot in the 2013 release is now a 4 pack with the dame price tag as the 6er was. Green Flash also has their I'll Pass Always in four pacs as well. Is this a marketing test in my area or is it nation wide? And for all you buttwiper fans here is an article from Jim Hightower:http://jimhightower.com/node/8061#.UcYCc9iaTXc Check out old Jim, he is a straight shooter.

Heck of a show. Venue small and with a decent bar. Like being at a bar w a $20 cover and getting great music while chilling. Love the Queen in Wilmington. These guys do a great folk and semi Irish show. Quintet style huddled around a non directional mic for a few songs was excellent. Gonna see if I can get the recording. Great times and always the best with a smaller band.

I noticed the tour will be only 15 shows. I'd like to chalk this up to their health, but I know the reality of it is that they played to a collection of 1/2 empty stadiums last time because they had the stones to start ticket prices at $200. I hope the shows go well. I saw a clip of the Glimmer Twins & Co. performing Beast of Burden with Katy Perry from the last go-round. I didn't mind Ms. Perry being on the stage (they've been doing crap like that for many years now); what killed me was the shot of Keith in the background looking at his guitar like he had never seen this contraption before in his life. Been trying to unsee that image ever since...[B)][B)][B)][B)][B)][B)]

Nice show, great venue. A mix of Neil Young and The Band and Dylan and some southern rock. Solid fun.

Jefferson Starship, or what's left of them, Springfield, OH, July 18. Hope Paul Kantner's sufficiently recovered from his heart attack to rejoin the band by then. This year marks the 40th anniversary of the band, and of the best concert experience of my life, planning to celebrate with the original participants! The show I wish I could get to is the next day, in Patchogue, NY, where they'll be joined by Hot Tuna and New Riders of the Purple Sage to celebrate Jefferson Airplane's 50th!
