St. Bernardus & Rochefort still under $5 a bottle in my area... Also read where the Westy glasses are small tasters designed to only hold half a bottle, that's kind of a bummer IMO.

2016 cases (1 case/customer) went on sale today at 10:00am this morning in 20 Ontario stores, it was sold out by 10:30am. Some stores claimed lineups started last night. I want to know who these people work for because I need flexible hours that will allow me to wait outside a liquor store for beer. Bottling Date was March 27, 2012

That is both incredibly awesome and kinda lame at the same time (lame as in, lining up the night befre a la Black Friday). I don't get that mentality at all.

It's become even lamer as it appears that people were giving money to homeless people to get them a second case because you aren't allowed to stand in line again. I've already tried it, it was very good, but $76.95 for 6 bottles and 2 175ml glasses is over-priced when one can get 24 bottles at the Abbey for $60 USD

That parts actually pretty damn funny. Stupid. But funny.

Stopped by Total Wine at lunch, missed the goods by 25-30 minutes. Apparently, they've had it for a week, but due to the level of assclownery surrounding the release, sat on it til 8:00 today. I was willing to give it another shot, especially since I'd be splitting the pack with a few friends, but I'm not especially worried about missing it. The stash looks good right now and I'm going to friggin Portland with some empty suitcases in a few weeks [:)]

Doesn't seem so bad. I remember when Beanie Babies were the rage and white trash women would come down to the museum with a van load of their kids and their neighbor kids. The reason why was because it was a 2 beanie baby per person limit. They would give the kids the money, go into the gift shop, buy the beanies, go straight back outside with the kids (eventhough at the time the museum was free), and take each of the beanies and put them into a ziplock bag and then a big storage tub and head off to the next beanie baby outlet site.

Hop City Birmingham went in about an hour. No report on Piggly Wiggly Homewood, but I'm betting its gone too. I'm no where near there, so I'm a no-go on this go round.
