last year's seemed like a touch less tangy fruit and hops, and more sweet. this years is awesome. great balance between the hops, malt and fruit.

haven't bought a 4pack in probably 4-5 years.. they had a horrible batch years back and tried the next years, which was supposed to be awesome.. weak unless i'm at the brewpub, i'll never waste my money again..

I tried it once back in 09 it wasn't that great, I guess that I will give it another shot this weekend. Hopefully I can give it a higher score.

LOL, DFH, Aprihop, and "balance." I'll stop. Lest I not just be someone who doesn't appreciate DFH's beers that hit the shelves.... and instead be accused of being a basher or hater. This beer is ridiculous.

Sam asks; "Where's the love for ApriHop?" Right here, bro.
I first tried ApriHop in 2004, and have looked forward to it every summer. I'm never sure what we're going to get with this brew -- some years it is quite fruity and others the hops are dominant. The difference may have something to do with how ripe the apricots were. Regardless, I'm always interested in seeing what the "off-centered" crew from Milton will provide. I like it. A bit pricey at $9 / 4-pack.

wondering if anyone knows if this is made with fresh apricots or dried and if dried did they contain sulfites or are sulfites added to this beer? I love the sound of it, but I get migraines from sulfites.
