500 ml capped bottle bought at the brewery. Poured in the original Zwönitzer Stein glass a lazy gushing and clear ruby-brown coloured Amber with a beige thin and dense pillowy foamy head that had a very long retention and tons of micro bubbles. Soft carbonation. Great lacing. The aroma is strong toasted malts, molasses,caramel, candy. The flavour is sweety and toasted malts, caramel, brown sugar, walnuts and honey notes. The mouthfeel is light crispy, clean, altough really ( too ) sweety and a bit sticky. This light bodied Amber has a dry sweety and roasted malts finish. A one way, malty, beer from the Erzgebirge.
