In the second half of 17th century, after the troubled times of the Hussite wars had ended, abbot Siard Falco revived the monastic life in Zeliv. Forget the bitterness of hops and the tang of beer - Siard Falco is beer that will caress your palate. Natural morello cherry extract gives Sirad Falco an unusual pinkish hue and a fruity flavour. The harmonious balance of its ingredients and the rounded taste of malt creates -- despite the absence of sugar -- a honeyed taste reminiscent of dry cherry...
