When you walk into a bar in northeastern PA all you have to msay is "Lager" and everyone knows exactly what you want. It is the local lager and probably one of the finest out there. A derk amber in color with not much of a head. A flavorful beer that is not particularly poignant in any category of taste which makes for a smooth beer witha crisp finish. A very well put together beer. "Lager, please.."

The beer pours a clear amber color and is topped by a weak rocky head. Lots of bread and caramel in the aroma, along with a healthy dose of earthy hops and yeast too. Mouthfeel is average. Flavor is mildly sweet with caramel and grainy notes. Finish is weak as the hops don’t follow through.

Pours a rich clear dark gold with a thin off white head. Aroma of thick rich malt, maybe a hint of dark fruit. Flavor is much more subtle than the aroma would imply. Very dry and crisp. Body is medium, very nice for such a dry beer. Finish is dry as well and perfectly balanced.

Kind of a burnt orange color when poured so I was expecting a bitter citrus taste. It didn't have any bitterness but more of a stale malt taste. I enjoyed it but wouldn't make a effort to buy for myself. But would be happy to have if a beer pal offered me one.

Darker yellow color with white foam head. Served bit too cold, thus foam was gone quickly. Aroma is bittersweet with caramel present. Taste is like normal lager, nothing special in fact. Short aftertaste. (Utica 201210)

Pours an amber color. Smell is mostly of malts. Taste is mild, somewhat malty, light hops, easy drinking. Overall one of the better beers at this price point.

It pours a reddish copper with a nice white head that quickly fades and leaves a wispy lace. The aroma is of grains and malt aroma, but not overpowering on the aroma. The taste has the grains and malts. It is not too sweet, but very enjoyable. There isn't much in the way of the hops, but even without this is a tasty larger brew. The mouthfeel has a medium body and has medium carbonation to it. Yuengling in general is a great company with what I've had by them over the years. This traditional lager is a great beer.

Light clear amber body with a 1/2" thick lasting head and spotty lacing. Mildly sweet caramel and bread dough with a touch of grits and grass. Light bodied and malt oriented. Exactly what I expected, and a solid bargain brew. Welcome to oHIo Yuengling!

YUM! I love me some Yuengling! Tend to drink too much of it when I have it and wake up with a nasty hangover though. It's a rich flavor with a caramel color and has a smooth feeling going down. Awesome beer too bad it's only available along the East Coast.

A slight tier above the macros, but not much. Has all the hallmarks of a macro lager though...clear dark golden pour, huge white head, grainy aroma, grainy taste, etc. What differs from the macros is that the taste is crisper, and that helps out here.

First impression is good, it actually has a unique color, I was expecting that straw color of most macro brewed cheap american beer and this is deffinitely not that. A burnt orange color with a fizzy, quick dissipating head. The smell is a bit cheap, grass and stale malts, some sweetness. Body is very light, as is the flavor. A lot of grass and grain but also some fruit. Overall I can't rank it high but it is certainly better than a lot of mass market swill that I've had.
