Vil fortsætte med at udvikle sig på flaske mindst et par år efter aftapning. Upasteuriseret, håndaftappet og eftergæret på flaske. OG 1079, FG 1010. -------------------- The Xbeeriment version of a Super Saison. Brewed with pilsner- and Munich malt, flaked wheat and sugar, East Kent Goldings hops and Belgian yeast. It will continue to evolve in the bottle for at least a couple of years after bottling. Unpasteurised, bottled by hand and bottleconditioned. OG 1079, FG 1010.

Bottled. Slightly hazy golden colour, small white head. Aroma is alcohol, some fruits as well as glueish alcohol. Flavour is the same along with some mild juniper notes. Interesting brew, though feels a bit thin.
