The Xbeeriment version of a Quadrupel. The aim has been to create a quad with complexity and depth but in a drier and less heavy style than quads normally are. Made of German malt, Belgian yeast and candy sugar, English hops, Danish Sugar and finally a bit of French raspberry syrup to add cool, fruity and fresh notes to the brew.

Pours out in a cloudy reddish brown colour with a small bubbly off-white head. Rich, deep and well-rounded aroma of cherry-skins, toasted malts, milky chocolate, almonds, black currant and mild honey. Full-bodied with notes of honey, black currant, toasted malts, mild spices and brown sugar. Long rounded and warming aftertaste of milky chocolate, dried cherries and burnt sugar. Tasty!
