Traditionally a saison was a beer brewed for the refreshment of the field workers during harvest. These days there are not that many field workers left, but this beer is equally suited for refreshment and mental restoration when, after a few hours hard work in the garden, you put your garden tools back in place in the garage; hence the name of the beer. Brewed from Pilsner malt, carapils, flaked barley, flaked wheat, sugar, Whitbread & East Kent Goldings hops and Belgian yeast. Unpasteurized, unfilterede, bottled by hand and bottleconditioned.

Pours out in a hazy golden colour topped with a huge white foam. Fresh and distinct aroma of brett, lemon-zest, funky yeast, gunpowder and solid pale malts. Medium-bodied with notes of brett, lemon, iodine, tar, funny yeasty phenols and white bread. Mild carbonation. Yeast, funk, smoke and minerals in the aftertaste. Quite funny stuff, the only drawback is the lack of carbonation.
