A German wheat beer made with authentic ingredients. Refreshing with light flavors of clove and banana and a touch of hop spiciness. Perfect for those Blazing late summer days.

Aroma: 9 | Appearance: 7 | Mouthfeel: 8 | Flavor: 7 | Overall: 7
Comes out of the tap a hazy honey-golden. There was not much head, but this is probably an artifact of the pour. Aroma is fruity, mainly apple and pear, with a yeasty and wheaty undertone. Refreshing, fruity flavor is almost more like a cider than a hefe, but the yeasty and wheaty notes, as well as the touch of hops, remind you that this is indeed beer. Firm-bodied texture is fizzy and lively, leaving a fruity and tingly finish.
