Pours clear copper with a frothy ivory head. Aroma provides toasted malt, bready, pomme and subtle hoppy tones. Flavor delivers toasted malt, woody hops, bread and apple notes, quite tasty and distinctive, with a rye-ish note on the back end. Texture yields good smooth body and peppy fizz.
