Dunkelweiss is a dark German wheat beer. Ours is made with Dark Wheat and Munich malts. Medium bodied and easy drinking with some malty sweet notes. Pairs excellent with our Brat plate! Prosit!

Comes out of the tap a barely translucent mahogany with a thick, fine-bubbled beige head. Rich aroma is fruity, malty and just a little spicy, the latter mainly cloves. Mouth-filling flavor has banana, apple, malty and caramel notes with just a hint of cloves. Firm-bodied texture is fairly fizzy and leaves a fruity, tingly finish.
