This double IPA is lightly carbonated and brimming with aromas of tropical citrus and pine, finishing with a malty note of caramel. Pair this with saucy pulled pork sandwiches or a thick slice of smoky beef brisket.

Hazy golden-amber with a big frothy off-white head, good stay and some foamy lacing patches. Caramel malt aromas with some soapy notes. Eventually oranges come out, mild alcohol. The taste shows the citrus with a sharp bitter end, that does not linger, but softens down. A nice mix of grassiness and citrus with the caramel base being in the background. A nice Double IPA that grows on you as it breathes.

The beer pours a hazed golden orange with a generous off-white which lasts a couple of minutes before receding to a creamy thin film. There is a bit of lacing. The aroma is cereal grains, caramel, citrusy hops, and yeast. The mouthfeel is medium to full bodied with average carbonation. The flavour is well balanced between the caramel maltiness and the citrusy bitterness. Definitely some grapefuity notes on the tongue.
