Style - Blackberry Sour, 4.0% abv. How about an ultra-smooth, ultra-juicy, ultra-violet blackberry filled brew! We took a sharp and delightful mixed fermentation base and softened the edges by adding over 300lb of real blackberry puree and just a touch of milk sugar to smoothen it out even more!
