Robust, brash, brilliant: Our I.P.A. is balanced, self-determined and sure. Featuring a distinct malt presence, notes of peach, passion fruit, pine, and citrus alongside a unique blend of hops from the Pacific Northwest, our I.P.A. offers a crisp, clean finish. Satisfyingly strong, but surprisingly smooth, I.P.A. pairs perfectly with a chicken korma or madras curry.

Bomber from Value-On. Dark amber pour, some sediment, and a lace-creating beige head. Malt forward nose, minimal scents of citrus or pine, although they were there in the flavour, overwhelmed by malt. Okay mouthfeel. Not such a bitter finish. Not a particularly good IPA. Is Wolf the former Fat Cat? this is not I'd seek out again.
