What's the difference with a triple? Very pale color, not much palette, not bitter, flat taste. Not our favorite. We have NOFT-ed this beet. (No Further Tries) (Arnhem)

Had a bottle called Witkap Pater Stimulo. Looked it up and found out that it's an alias for this beer. Poured out, hazy yellow orange with a nice head that didn't last too long. Aroma has cheesy yeast, lemongrass and wheat. Flavour is superyeasty, with bitter saltiness to it what I really like. Best compared, but not similar, to Orval in my humble opinion.

The aroma of this beer had citrus and other fruit flavors the feeling of the beer was pretty light for a belgian ale. It was also light in color but the flavor to this beer was nice it just is not what I expected or worth the price as beer to keep in the inventory.

Sample from 330 ml bottle, as Witkap Pater Stimulo, at the Brewery International stand, Smak 09. ABV is 6.0%. Pale golden colour, slightly hazy, low head. Moderate spicy aroma. Zesty flavour, moderately spicy, with acceptable hops in the finish.

Rich, smooth and creamy. Thick head when poured from the bottle into a glass. Really smooth taste and finish. Great smooth head with fantastic lacing. Light citrus at the end. Well worth it.

Sampled from bottle: Pours a clear golden colour with a fairly large white head. Decent retention, nice sticky lacing. Aroma is sweet of honey, cloves and green beans. Taste is semi sweet as well, moderately acidic- but fun, delightfully bubbly with a well carbonated mouthfeel.

Poured a light yellow color okay head. Aroma was very citrus with yeast in there as we.. Flavor was refreshing citrus yeast and wheat. Mouthfeel was a littl acidic.

Bronze/golden colour. Big, creamy white foam. Pilsener malts, banana and sweat in the aroma. Creamy and light flavour of orange-peels and banana. Yeasty and fruity aftertaste, hints of sweet licorice. Tasty and refreshing session blonde.

This did it for me. Poured a pale yellow color with an ok but not impressive head relative to others of its style. Lots of artificial carbonation look to it, vs. natural and fluffy. The aroma was of citrus, lemons, belgian yeasties, and the first whiffs had a weird medicinal scent (which went away). The flavor was very nice, a perfect citrus-like wheat base with some spicey phenolic character to it (pepper and some cloves), definite yeast flavors (but not cloudy in appearance), and a significant hoppy finish. This was bittered nicely and finished with an acidic yet dry mouthfeel. A really nice creation.
