Many IPAs have extreme profiles; this isn’t one of them. Oh, #004 has plenty of flavor — but it also has a lot of balance to go along with it. This is a pleasant, easy-going IPA that’s really fun to drink. “A platform of Brewer’s, Aromatic and Caramel malts give our Nugget, Cascade & Tettnang hops a nice place to mingle, get to know each other and deliver an outstanding flavor and relatively low ABV. Great to sip during long conversations. Pull up a stool and I’ll tell you all about it.” - Kirby Nelson, Brewmaster Great With: Fried appetizers like onion rings, frites and chips, but it’s just as comfortable with entrees ranging from shrimp and crab to light fish dishes and curry. Mild Cheddar, Edam and Colby are ideal cheese choices.

And then in the plethora of "Session IPAs" that are being released... another Wisconsin brew from PfoxyJohn. Light amber color, ample head and some lacing. Light but ample hops, light pineapple and spruce, hint of grass, good malt offset, supremely easy to drink. If I had access to this I could drink them all summer long. It's as tasty as any other brewer's Session IPA. Thank you John.
