Sometimes you want a particular beer, and you can’t get a particular beer. In this region, American IPAs are few and far between. Enter #002. Flavorful, well-balanced, and best of all, right here. Cheers! “This IPA is all about a good malt foundation and a whole lotta’ hops. We’ve got Wisconsin-grown Centennial, Chinook and Columbus varieties in here, plus some west coast Cascade. This brew packs a symphony of flavor. I think you’ll enjoy it. Hey, if you’re hoppy, I’m hoppy.” - Kirby Nelson, Brewmaster Great With: Spicier foods — think Cajun, Thai, Mexican, Buffalo. Try it with sharper cheeses like Cheddar, Colby, Pepper Jack and Bleu). It’s also tasty with desserts like flourless chocolate cake or crème brulee.

And then the finale - the IPA. Very English this one is. Amber orange pour, decent head and lacing. Earthy hops and caramel malts, very balanced, thus why I say "English IPA" with the malty backbone, decent bitter from the grapefruity/slight piney/earthy hops. Very drinkable again. So, all in all, Wisconsin Brewing makes very drinkable beers, nothing outstanding, but all solid. Thank you PfoxyJohn.
