LONG WHITE CLOUD IPA is our new IPA hopped with 100% NZ hops. In this beer, Super Sauvin, Motueka and Rakau are put in the foreground. This sweet blend gives a beer with a balanced bitterness, aromas of tropical fruits (mango and pineapple) as well as a touch of sauvignon blanc on the finish which comes from the use of Super Sauvin. Long White Cloud is translated from Aotearoa, the Māori name for the country known as New Zealand. Houblons: Super Sauvin, Motueka, Rakau.

Hazy, golden colour with an orange hue, a bubbly-frothy off-white head, decent stay and lots of foamy lacing patches. Tropical-stone fruit aromas with a touch of citrus and white grapes. Some grapefruit zest in the taste, building a decent dtyness with the rest of the citrus. Tropical notes, nectarines in the background. Quite a refreshing, juicy IPA with lots going one, but all blended well.
