Damn, this is just a hop assault. I had this after a couple pints of Husky IPA and still got the puckered "holy hell this is bitter" face. This was just tapped the day I had it, and came a murky muddy dark orangish color. Aroma was strong piney, citrussy hops, that twinged at my nosehairs. Flavor starts with some hop sweetness and some mild malt sweetness, then turns very aggressively bitter. Finishes with an attack of pine needles, grapefruit, and orange peels. This is an absolute must have! Finishes very dry, and remains remarkably drinkable. Only 6.5%? Awesome. Hopped with Chinooks, Simcoes, Tomahawks, and Ahtanum. Yikes.
