On tap at Main St. Cafe. Man I love this joint. If you live in or travel through CT, make sure to stop here. This IPA is in a long line of incredible IPAs that brewmaster David Wollner has mastered. Murky dark copper color with almost no head. Aroma is all citrussy hops. This is as smooth as smooth could be. Flavor is malty sweet caramel, followed by the perfect amount of hop flavor. Grapefruit and piney to begin with, and a strong biting bitterness in the finish. A huge hop flavor is more than welcome. Don't miss out on this one.
